We assisted DSNY in procuring an Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) System that allows the department to easily manage their entire fleet with advanced AVL capabilities. In the initial planning phase, a thorough review of project requirements was conducted with all DSNY stakeholders which led to the development of a comprehensive technical specification for procurement of the AVL System.
